The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing civil/construction projects, ensuring safety compliance, and leading teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate site activities and workforce.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress and report to management.
- Manage materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Foreperson in civil/construction projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards.
- Full UK driving licence.
